Customer Requirement:
Iron Mountain needed a single coordinated dehumidification standard across three data centre and server room sites in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Mumbai. Large-volume server halls and record storage areas called for high-output units rather than several smaller ones, for both maintenance simplicity and floor economy. Each city presents a different climate profile, and no site could take equipment offline beyond its agreed maintenance window.

What we did:
• Standardised on the WDE-360S (360 L/day) flagship so all three sites run identical equipment, spares and service procedures • Planned unit placement per city against local climate profile — from Bengaluru's moderate plateau conditions to Mumbai's heavy coastal monsoon • Supplied 20 units in total, allocated across the three locations by hall volume and moisture load • Sequenced logistics, installation and commissioning city by city so no site exceeded its agreed maintenance window • Handed over a common operating and maintenance standard covering all three facilities
Project Description
Jet India delivered a coordinated three-city rollout for Iron Mountain Data Centers, supplying 20 units of the WDE-360S — the 360 L/day flagship in the range — to sites in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Mumbai. The 360 L/day capacity was specified for large-volume server halls and record storage areas where a single high-output unit is preferable to several smaller ones for both maintenance simplicity and floor economy. Each of the three locations presents a different climate profile, from Bengaluru's moderate plateau conditions to Mumbai's heavy coastal monsoon, and unit placement was planned accordingly. Logistics, installation and commissioning were sequenced city by city so that no site had to take equipment offline for longer than its agreed maintenance window.
